The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) will organize its “The New Generation of Decision Makers” in April 2024 as a fifth IRENA Youth Forum, at the cost of 14th session of the IRENA Assembly in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

This forum provides a universal platform to the all Heads of State/ Government, Ministers and stakeholders, where they convene to discuss about the transition on the way of sustainable energy. This mega session gives a chance to Pakistani youth to contribute in the mission of IRENA of running renewable energy, its deployment and achieving goals regarding climate.

IRENA Youth Forum 2024 For Youth

The main purpose of the 2024 IRENA Youth Forum is to enhance the capability of youth by associating them with effective personalities, experts relating this field and all those who are policymakers. It is informed to all youth of Pakistani that is mega event, the fifth IRENA Youth Forum will be conducted in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on 16^th April 2024.

All those individuals who are going to take part in this mega session want to know about the language of this session. Because language is very important for understanding the conversation. The IRENA Agency will organize this mega event in English language.

English is an international language. International Renewable Energy Agency ( IRENA) commonly gives a chance and invites all the young individuals from developing countries, developing countries, Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS). It gives them a chance to show their thoughts in front of the whole world registering this mega event.

Requirements of IRENA Youth Forum:

1. Valid passport is necessary for all the applying candidates.
2. It is necessary for all the candidates to travel on the exact date to attend the forum.
3. Age factor is very important for the applying candidates. Age must be between 16 and 35 years, when candidate submit their applications.
4. It is necessary for the candidate to have the nationality if Small Island Developing States, Least Developed Countries and Developing Countries.
5. All the applying candidates also give demo to explain their association in highlighting the renewable energy and sustainable development.

Last Date For Application IRENA Youth Forum

The last date for submission of applications for IRENA Youth Forum  is till mid night on 31^st January 2024 according to the local time of Abu Dhabi. The candidates must be selected on their talent and on the basis of knowledge of renewable energy deployment.

All the excited candidates must express their ideas, experiences, initiatives in renewable energy and also explain their great vision for serving the energy transition at the time of filling out the IRENA Youth Forum application through online.

Application Procedure IRENA Youth Forum

All the candidates can apply for the IRENA Youth Forum 2024 by following the simple steps.

• All the willing candidates can fill their IRENA Youth Forum application form easily Students can easily here.
• There are total three parts of application form divided into A, B and C parts.
• All the candidates must provide their personal information like name, gender, date of birth, country and email etc in section A.
• There are some questions in the section B. These questions are related about the involvement in highlighting the deployment of renewable energy and energy transition. Candidate have to answer those questions carefully.
• The third section that is section C is specific for uploading the CV. In this section candidates must have to upload their CV should be PDF form or in in the word document. These CV and other details must be in English language.
