Eligibility Criteria For The Admissions Of Undergraduate in UVAS :

The eligibility criteria for the admissions of undergraduates in UVAS is mentioned below :

1. There is a very simple formula to calculate the merit for undergraduates programs admissions in UVAS. It is based on Matric 30% marks and Intermediate 70% marks.

• Age factor is very important in calculating the merit for undergraduate programs in UVAS. Maximum age limit is 23 years for the candidates by deadline of application that is : 30th November 2023.
• There is a admission processing fee of Rs. 1500/- for the students who want to get admission in UVAS for each undergraduate program. Students have to submit the admission processing fee of Rs. 1500/- for each undergraduate program. If a candidate wants to apply for more than one program then Rs. 500/- have to be submitted for more than one program.
• Applicants under specific quotas need to pay There is an additional fee of Rs. 500/- for the candidates applying under special quotas, while fee Rs.1,200,000 is for Overseas Pakistanis and Industrialist Quota candidates, it’s Refundable if not admitted.
• An equivalence certificate from IBCC Islamabad-Pakistan should be submitted before the application deadline for O-Level, A Level or foreign equivalent qualifications.
  • There is also an editing for the candidates who can edit their given data after the deposition until the last date of admission, except Quota and applied degree program can update their submitted data, except Quota and applied degree program.
  • UVAS Undergraduate Application Process
  • Students can submit their UVAS undergraduate admission applications successfully by following the steps given below :
  • It is informed to all the students to visit the official website of UVAS and then they have to create an account by clicking on UVAS online admission system.
  • Students have to make an account by putting their personal information and then set up their personal passwords.
  • All the required documents and a latest colour photo should be submitted by the students at their online admission account already created .
  • It is necessary for the students to enter their previous academic qualifications and then select the required program in which interested in.
  • When the process of application is completed, then it is necessary for the students to generate the fee challan at the end.
• Non-refundable fee challan can be submitted at any branch of Bank Alfalah. Students can also submit their fee by using their master cards, visa cards or through easypaisa accounts.
• The students have to submitted the paid receipt of their admission processing fee to their admission account.
• The students must ensure that the applications should be submitted before the the last date of admission (30th November 2023) and save the online application.

• Students must read the following important instructions.
• Online applications will be entertained only in UVAS. Manually .submission is acceptable.
• Application will be rejected if incorrect information is given by the applicants . If an applicant provides false information then is responsible for any discrepancies fund .
• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• If the number of students are less than 15 in any program (Morning or Evening) then there will be no for that specific program .
• For accommodation in hostel, there are some seats in limited numbers which are given on merit on each and every case .
