Passing Marks New Criteria Of 10th Class 2024 All Boards Of Punjab
- In old grading system students had to secure at least 33% marks in each subject to pass that subject. But now the grading system of all the boards of Punjab has been revised. According to the new grading system all the students of matric or 10th class must secure 40% marks in each subject to pass the relevant subject. It means they have to attain 40 marks out of 100.
- As in written exams, Students must have to secure at least 40% marks in practical exams to pass that practical.
- There are grades from A to F in the result of 10th class. Students of matric are awarded or graded on the basis of seven scale point.
- In failure of one or two subjects, students must have to appear the supplementary or the compartmental exam which almost held after 40 days from the annual exams.
- Students are also given grace marks up to 1 to 5 who near to to pass the whole exam.
New Grading System Of Matric 2024
The old grading system of all boards of Punjab has been cancelled. A new marking policy has been announced by the officials of boards. In old grading system, a student has to secure at least 33% marks to pass the subject.
But now the policy is changed. according to new policy, a student must have to secure at least 40% marks to pass the relevant exam. It means a student must have to secure 40 marks out of 100 marks.
