Caretaker chief minister Punjab declared that this mobile app launched by the Lahore board is set up to bring all educational boards under a single platform by directing the Punjab Information Technology PITB to make sure the its working within a week across all boards.
It gives all students to access many services of their relevant boards by putting the respective board name. This mobile app launched by the Lahore board was inaugurated by pressing a button by the caretaker chief minister Punjab. He also checked the tracking system on a mobile.
There are many features for the convenience of students in this mobile app. Caretaker chief minister Punjab checked many features of of this mobile app like e-payment, degree verification, issuance of non-objection certificate (NOC), result card and other many important documents.
An interesting feature in which duplicate and triplicate issuance of degree through this e-app is observed by the caretaker chief minister of Punjab. Chief minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi further announced at this occasion that this step will be extended soon to the other eight remaining boards of Punjab.
This mobile app saves a lot of time of students. Before the issuance of this mobile app, students have to go boards to get their important documents. Now all the documents will be provided to the students on a single click.
For the submission of fee through banks, students had to wait in line for many hours. Now it is easy for the students to submit fee through this mobile app. It was clarified by the chief minister of Punjab that these are only rumors to privatize the schools in Punjab. He further asked that there is no plan to privatize schools in Punjab.
